@AmericanAir I understand when delays and cancellations become necessary but don’t understand why the pilot announced the problem had been fixed and that we were just waiting for a new team member, when it clearly had not been fixed.

@ltshap We see the new flight is on a lengthy delay. This has been a difficult time to get you to your destination, we sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding.

@AmericanAir keeps cancelling flights out of JAX and not communicating appropriately with affected passengers. The worst customer service - completely unable or unwilling to assist.

@AmericanAir Zero effort was made to assist any of the affected passengers out of JAX today. They handed us cards to call, only for us to hear we could not get anywhere remotely near DC for 3 days.
