hi there, I have just been to your Talbot Green store and realised my lunch is frozen from your meal deal fridge. I can’t get through to customer services. Someone at work had an issue with this yday too so I think your fridges need checking!

@RoyalMail I have just sent a DM, it’s urgent as the item is food related for my birthday today. My parcel couldn’t be delivered on Tuesday through my letterbox (unsure why) but was delivered in someone else’s today with no door number to confirm just a photo of a random door.
