@hccooke24 @BBCNews No the BBC was in fact correct. And they reached out to family to confirm and share condolences. Guardian reported incorrectly then other publications copied. We’ve asked for a correction but Guarfian have not responded.

Very privileged and proud to have been part of my wonderful mother-in-law’s life. Her love of animals and her tenacious spirit live on in both her grandchildren who will miss her dearly, as will I.
