Can you tell me why my bag that should be out for delivery has been seen on top of parking garage P3 in Copenhagen when it should be out for delivery??? THIS IS NOT OK, IT’S YOUR AND AVIATOR’S RESPONSIBILITY!!
@lufthansa@Lufthansa_India I cancelled a booking made on 24th June, within 24 hours . It was under the grace period so I have received a mail from the airline that full refund is issued and the process had been initiated. Please provide reference number of bank transaction

Hey @Lufthansa, first you canceled my flights and made a mess of the rebooking. Now in Frankfurt you’re refusing to let me board unless I check my carry-on—which contains expensive camera gear and lithium batteries that shouldn’t be checked. What’s the solution, put the batteries in my pockets? Unacceptable.

Rebooking a ticket has now become a circus now, the airline tells me to talk to MMT and these people tell me to talk to the airline. Where is the accountability

My sister was traveling from #Islamabad to #Dublin via #Doha . Her flight from Islamabad was delayed by nearly 4 hours, causing her to miss her connecting flight in Doha.
@ZarakMuham36012@qatarairways The is no better devil than the one you trust. I was on @lufthansa from Rome via Frankfurt to Johaneesburg. Flight from Rome delayed by 1.5hrs before takeoff, the exact time of layoff in Frankfurt. Thankfully LUF did not close the gate on us, they waited 15min after gate close...
