@lufthansa @Lufthansa_India I cancelled a booking made on 24th June, within 24 hours . It was under the grace period so I have received a mail from the airline that full refund is issued and the process had been initiated. Please provide reference number of bank transaction

Hey @Lufthansa, first you canceled my flights and made a mess of the rebooking. Now in Frankfurt you’re refusing to let me board unless I check my carry-on—which contains expensive camera gear and lithium batteries that shouldn’t be checked. What’s the solution, put the batteries in my pockets? Unacceptable.

@reitschuster Mein letzter Erfahrungen mit der @lufthansa waren katastrophal. Auf Hinweise und Beschwerden wird gar nicht erst reagiert.

Ansage des Piloten: “Wider Erwarten haben wir es doch nach Frankfurt geschafft. Leider ist niemand da der die Fluggastbrücke am Flugzeug anbringen kann. Ich muss sie um Geduld bitten.“ Willkommen in Deutschland. Überall schaffen sie das problemlos. Nur nicht bei uns ist es ständig eine Herausforderung. Dafür retten wir die Welt. Und belehren sie. Und keiner im Flugzeug wundert sich auch nur - alle nehmen es lethargisch hin, so als sei es die normalste Sache der Welt.

🚨Urgent Absolutely unacceptable service from @qatarairways . My sister was traveling from #Islamabad to #Dublin via #Doha . Her flight from Islamabad was delayed by nearly 4 hours, causing her to miss her connecting flight in Doha.

@ZarakMuham36012 @qatarairways The is no better devil than the one you trust. I was on @lufthansa from Rome via Frankfurt to Johaneesburg. Flight from Rome delayed by 1.5hrs before takeoff, the exact time of layoff in Frankfurt. Thankfully LUF did not close the gate on us, they waited 15min after gate close...
