Surge pricing should be banned, if a hotel room near a venue or stadium is £50 on a normal weeknight then it's completely unacceptable for it to be £300 just because Taylor Swift or another popular artist is in town.

@RugbyInsideLine Stepping back from the specific incident itself, the committee have embarrassed themselves. You can’t say this type of incident is foul play and not make it a red. It’s either not foul play and quash it completely or it is foul play and a red. It can’t be both.

@coopuk Thanks. The shop floor staff are all lovely but are constantly let down by substandard equipment or forced to provide poor service because of the unreasonable workload they're given.

@coopuk when are you going to sort your Falmouth Rd, Redruth store out? Queue filled one whole aisle as only one person on the till. No Internet, Amazon pickup not working and no card payments accepted. One poor member of staff trying to deal with all of this.

I was just asked "I've recently received a high income benefit child benefit charge. I earn £53k my wife £12.5k. Yet I've read if we both earned £49k, we wouldn't have received the charge . How is that fair?" That's correct. Sadly the answer is simple. It isn't fair.
