A large group of South Africans who applied to flee to America under President Trump’s special refugee programme for Afrikaners have just received letters: Your application is rejected‼️
This is the first time rejection letters on this scale have gone out since the programme began last year. Earlier it looked like a lifeline for those living in fear of farm murders, farm attacks and targeted violence🔥 Now the door is slamming shut for many.
Here is the hard truth you must hear:
Even if your application is approved and you manage to go, this is not a simple “try America and see.” When you enter as a refugee claiming persecution in South Africa, returning home can destroy the very protection you received‼️ Some who already went have come back, the adjustment, costs and new struggles proved too much.

•Consider strengthening your position here through civil rights organisations, community security and political pressure while you still can.
