@British_Airways there are so many options for gluten free diners these days. It’s such a common allergy. Please research or partner with brands who can offer gluten free bakery products. This is just not good enough. Especially for a premium airline!

@liskhat @Aceil I think the reason for the pay gap is largely down to childcare costs - women take career breaks as they cannot afford it. They then have to re enter the workplace in junior positions so they are able to work part time or to make up for their time out of work.

@Aceil Women fall out of the workplace when having children often because they are the lower earner, so we need to address childcare but mainly the reason for pay gaps to begin with.
