In the last hour, "T2" posted this same photo five times, replying to Pete Hegseth, Steven Miller, Bondi, etc. Just this photo, no text. Retired 4-star Gen. Tony Thomas led the nation's Special Operations Command.

@therealmrbench Our PM should stay in Ottawa and never leave?

@punditsguide 12k electors does not mean those 12k voted liberal. People vote by secret ballot. They could have all voted conservative for all we know.
English

The real problem for Poilievre was not the new boundaries. And he even increased his raw vote. It was that ~12.5K new electors were added to the rolls, whether through new construction, new citizens, or aging into the electorate. It seems they nearly all voted Liberal.

ZERO mention because it’s not true, existing only in the fevered imagination of conspiracy fantasists like @Stockwell_Day

Best of luck, Bardeesy
It’s probably no surprise to readers that, notwithstanding the Conservative Party’s awful media policy, on balance I’d prefer that it wins Monday’s election. But that doesn’t preclude me from rooting for some Liberal candidates. In particular, I hope that @kbardeesy, the Liberal candidate in the riding of Taiaiako’n—Parkdale—High Park, wins his seat.
I’ve known Bardeesy for several years. He’s one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and well-meaning people that I’ve met in roughly twenty years in the world of policy and politics.
Bardeesy is a unique politician. He’s a committed progressive who travels comfortably in urban progressive circles. But he’s also a second-generation immigrant who grew up in New Brunswick and is highly attuned to the experiences and perspectives of new Canadians and those on the periphery. In a context of growing political fault lines, he’s precisely the kind of bridge builder that we need in elected politics.
Don’t get me wrong: we probably don’t agree on much. Most fundamentally, he’s more inclined to government intervention than I am.
But Bardeesy is smart and has a ton of integrity and would be hugely additive to parliament. Although I still hope his party loses Monday’s election, I’ll be rooting for him and Canada that he wins his seat.

The UN World Food Programme just announced that its food stocks in Gaza have run out because of the Israeli Government’s blockade — food cannot be used as a political tool.
Palestinian civilians must not bear the consequences of Hamas’ terrorist crimes. The World Food Programme must be allowed to resume its lifesaving work.
Canada stands for international law and has recently committed an additional amount of nearly $100 million to support the UN and other trusted international partners in providing food and humanitarian aid.
We will continue to work with our allies towards a permanent ceasefire and the immediate return of all hostages.

@TomPark1n This is a not well thought out attack.
Karim isn’t in office, how can you credibly call him a backbencher?
Further, Bhutilla will never have a seat at the table.

The CBC connected my family — new immigrants in northern New Brunswick — to the larger Canadian story. I am thrilled that @MarkJCarney @liberal_party will strengthen the CBC.
Together, we will stand for Canadian culture, and arts, media and culture workers, everywhere.

The capitalist class is uniting under Carney
This is a surefire sign he will assault social programs, unions, and workers if he wins a majority

Back-to-back meetings on Bay Street today with many of our financial partners. I lost count of how many times I heard some version of: ‘I’ve only ever voted Conservative—but I can see myself voting for Carney.’ I’ve never seen anything like it.
