YES! Spoke with someone by the fictitious name of "Ann" today who wasted more than 30 minutes of my time to give me wrong information.Contract credentialing services is AWFUL!Poor service-miss every opportunity to provide customer service. @AetnaNews @Aetna @AetnaHelp Do better!

@Aetna @AetnaHelp @AetnaNews is by far the absolute WORST with credentialing!!!! My application was submitted September 20, 2022. It has been 6 months, and they are still telling me they will escalate my ticket which has been done now 3 separate times!!!! Horrible!!!
