@malindoair Hi fraud!Booked a Bali–Delhi flight with @BatikAir for ~₹22,000 per person (no checked baggage). Now being asked to pay ~₹19,000 for just 20kg luggage - almost the cost of the ticket itself which we were not made aware of at the time of booking
