This is the sad state of news these days. Today, a Waymo car crashed into another Waymo, but the media hasn't covered it at all. I've seen no articles. If this were two @Tesla Robotaxis, it would be all over the news. Negative headlines against Tesla generate clicks. Ones about Waymo don’t as much, so most of the media doesn’t bother to write about it. Is this crash the end of the world? Absolutely not. But the media would certainly paint it that way if it were Tesla Robotaxis. Nonetheless, the work toward a safer driverless future presses on.

Actually « it feels » is… the perception of people is that a lot of things that used to work for them, dont anymore… We might agree or not with their perceptions/interpretations, at the end of the day it is theirs, theirs alone and it is their fundamental right to hold the highest political office in the land accountable (or not) for it. Putting it all on political messaging is paternal and an equivalent to « mensplaining ».

And I hate to say but that is the problem with the others you mentioned and that is NOT a short-list sadly. I miss the way the Tesla community was in the early days.....

@MaryX75D @DriveTeslaca Tesla has not lost interest! A change in strategy to a McDonald’s style (land ownership model) slowed things in 2021-23. You should see things pick up through summer / fall. Keep us posted on progress.

Very cool for you. We have several sites planned in Quebec but nothing is happening. We even have 4 or 5 sites that have won the supercharger pool and still nothing in the works. It's sad that Tesla doesn't really seem to be interested in Quebec despite the fact that we are their best customer in Canada with BC.
