there has been absolutely no resolution or reimbursement till now. What’s even more frustrating is Policybazaar, through whom I purchased the policy, has been giving me false assurances for over a month saying “it will be processed in a day or two” with zero actual progress.

@boschindia purchased a gas stove around 2 years back it’s been more than 1.5 years that one of my burner stopped working. Technician did not fix it and couldn’t reach out anyone on the customer helpline after that. Products priced at a premium but a poor service.
