I have no idea what you just said. I am not in college. But I do know that full time students pay no taxes - unless they have a job that brings taxable income, which is very difficult if you are a full time student. Not impossible, but I doubt that dude has that kind of a job. Someone gave him a script to read and he read it. He pays no taxes. Israel has nothing to do with that, btw.
