@marcoappio Just a FYI the "reach out on X" link in the email when you sign up for the waitlist appears to log you out of 𝕏 Hard to tell what's going on because it goes through a tracker but I end up at x DOT com/?mx=2 before it redirects to login flow (because I'm now logged out). Happened to me twice in a row.

@plehoux Strongly agree. As an engineering team grows, so do inefficiencies – at a surprising rate. There are diminishing returns, and a sweet spot for productivity and efficiency.

Being small is not the goal, we stay small because we want: - To be individual contributors. Not managers. - To be efficient (or die). - To have optionality. Small is the forcing function. Be small. Be proud.

Loving @Superhuman it's better in 99/100 ways compared to the default mail app and gmail. However, I'd LOVE if it showed the total number of unread emails in the app notification on iphone rather than the number of unread emails in the current mailbox. I keep missing emails.

Started using @Superhuman given all the hype.. The UI is designed as if 2 or 3 people have sat together and ignored all common practices… And I love it. Ie settings is just a long random list of stuff, but oddly I like it.
