@jackleavers We lost our 7 year old Lab Bruno suddenly 5 years ago, still miss him now. Without doubt they are part of the family.

Sad to report that I lost my admin assistant, chief stick collector, and close four-legged friend Layla in the early hours of Sunday morning to a rapid illness. We should have had so many more walks together. I'll miss her. #dogs

@warsmatter @harrybenson6 @DrChrisParry I should correct my earlier maths, I forgot an additional 1xRM and 1xArmy, and a former Para who’s currently undertaking. With the exception of 2 former RM who undertook Physiotherapy area PhDs, mine and other are all Sport and Exercise Science based.

@marcswells @harrybenson6 @DrChrisParry My PhD is a history one. I looked at official operational records from Op Corporate & their use by veterans. Ignoring the intellectual aspect of doing a PhD, being a veteran meant I had the discipline & drive to keep going. I also wanted to use my knowledge of war & archives.

@warsmatter @harrybenson6 @DrChrisParry Yours sound really interesting, I remember this as a young teenager, subsequently being trained by and working with lads who’d fought. Mine is Sport and Exercise Science based, how cyclists pace themselves during time-trials, I’ve also an interest in military load carriage 1/2

Assuming 6 or 0 is maths, one of which after I brought in proof of grades. @ed800m as a former Schoolie I’m sure you’d know which number is related to CSE equivalent O level maths 😉
