@optimum @OptimumHelp Customer for 21 yrs chatting with customer service. ask for January thru March 2025 bills. They tell me it'll cost $1.50 and take 11-12 business days. When I complain they give me the phone number to cancel my service. UNREAL!!!!!

@FedExHelp Attempted delivery definition: Ask a housecleaner, who doesn't speak English, if we're home. Then posting a "We missed you" on the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I'm sitting 15 feet away from the door. Package was sent overnight for a reason.
