AN OPEN LETTER TO @ACURA EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP: 10 YEARS OF LOYALTY VS. CORPORATE NEGLECT My family has been a dedicated "Acura Family" for a decade, purchasing four consecutive vehicles from @SterlingMcCall Acura. We have been brand advocates for years, but that loyalty is currently being ignored by American Honda’s executive leadership. Our 2020 Acura TLX (a pandemic-era build) has struggled since Day 1: ❌ Braking: Severe vibration requiring rotor/pad replacement. ❌ Climate Control: Defective "Auto" AC button that was never fully resolved. ❌ Transmission Failure: A total failure requiring a full swap under warranty 2 years ago. The Current Crisis: Following that major transmission replacement, the car is now suffering from significant oil leaks at the engine-to-transmission mating point. This is a clear indicator of either a faulty build or an improper warranty installation during the transmission swap. Despite our 10-year history and the clear link to previous repairs, Ana. Brown and the Executive Team have denied all assistance because the car is now technically out of warranty. Is this the new @Acura standard? Selling faulty builds and refusing to stand behind major repairs for your most loyal customers? I am publicly requesting that @Honda reconsider this denial and provide a Goodwill Repair or a Fair Buyback so I can remain an Acura owner. The stage is set for the 2022 @Acura NSX Type S to take over the roads of Forza Horizon 6.
