@PhillipKarugaba The sovereignty bill in it's content has a lot covered in the other statutes like the NGO Act, political organization Act. That bill should be buried 6 feet deep. It's obsolete!

Is it moral and right for a minister who has a child that is well educated abroad to leave the child unemployed and not helped with connections to places of employment? The respondent raised a preliminary objection that the remedy sought was incompetent because a default judgment had already been entered on 18 October 2024, a decree extracted, costs taxed, and execution commenced; the correct procedure was to apply to set aside the default judgment under Order 36 Rule 11. The court observed that a judgment remains enforceable unless it is set aside and that, in the absence of any application to set aside the default judgment, an application for extension of time to file leave to appear and defend is procedurally incompetent.
