@FOX13Memphis $10K is pretty standard for executive leadership training. Would have cost $10K if it was held at city hall. Another $8K of team-building "mandatory fun" is hardly bankrupting the city. Maybe spend this kind of reporting effort on police overtime pay and untested rape kits.
