@AgreeingBook13 Noir was a Homelander clone, so it's a better character because he won a 1v1 against Homelander? I can understand people defending how some aspects/parts of the comics are now better than the show but not this shit of a twist.

People used to brag about how much better show Noir was compared to comics but comic Noir won a 1v1 against Homelander. The show is obsessed with anticlimaxes.

The superheroes are portrayed as more degenerate and psychopathic celebrities than the show, and Homelander is a fratboy

It's too late. In 2012, they still had the original three available: Fisher, Hamill and Ford. Carrie's gone now, and Hamill and Ford are 14 years older (and they weren't spring chickens in 2012). Disney screwed up royally. It's 2026. They'd probably have to recast the parts, and I doubt fans would accept it. Especially given how badly fans have been burned by a decade and a half of woke drivel. A lot of fans have moved on. They'll still watch the earlier stuff, maybe, but have absolutely no desire to see anything else Disney shits out.
