Our developers at NQU don't work like typical agency devs. They manage 3-4 clients each, communicate directly with those clients, and handle their projects end-to-end. There's no project manager sitting in the middle translating things. We pay 50-70% revenue share rather than a flat salary, which means the incentives are completely aligned. The better the work, the longer clients stay, the more everyone earns. It also means we only work with clients who have real revenue and real problems to solve, because that's the only way the model works for everyone. It's a different kind of agency. More like a collective of senior developers who happen to share infrastructure, QA, and a client base.

Best way to do this is export your docs as Markdown, and paste into your LLM of choice to generate docs. Or generate them directly in buildprint with Copilot The reason I haven’t added it is the user base is fairly small and I don’t want to make it paid as then I do need to provide support and guarantees Also you don’t want users to be able to access technical documentation and if an LLM has access to your technical docs they can reverse engineer your app more easily (hence it’s better to first export your docs, convert to product docs, then do what you want)
