@SAS if you know flights will be delayed, let passengers know earlier than the morning of the flight! My covid test was almost invalid after my flight from Aberdeen was moved to 1630. Thankfully my test was at 1700 the previous day!
@SAS why won't you show flights with overnight stops on your website. I keep having to use other booking sites to show flights with stopovers and their service is poor!
@UKEnterprise a car supplied by the Middlesbrough branch, smelling strongly of marajuana, was supplied to me for work. A subsequent accusation from another branch almost cost me my job! I've had no reply from the branch or apologies. How do you feel treating customers this way?
@flysas being let down by two customer service agents before the third tells you I was correct and apologises. Now I'm stuck in Aberdeen overnight an won't see my kids for an extra day. Cheers 🍻
@SAS Hi, can I ask why the SAS booking page will not show flights that involve an overnight layover but third party travel sites do? I'm looking at flights from ABZ to BOO and I'd much rather book direct with SAS as opposed to third party websites.
@AdmiralUK just been charged £19.50 admin fee to change my address! Can you really justify this charge in this modern age? Safe to say you've lost my custom come renewal time!
@Enterprise words fail me how sneaky your employees and organisation are. Blatantly lying and tricking customers into accepting damage and then accusing them of causing it and charging whatever they like!!!!
