My story’s only possible in America.  I’m a proud son of immigrants from Vietnam, a teacher, and a lawyer.  Now, I’m running for Congress in one of the nation’s only open toss-up seats to stand up to Trump and protect our future.  Join the fight to flip MI-10 and take back the House. Link in bio.

@xandernn @airfrance @KLM See if you can request your EES enrolment records or entry data. My understanding is they are not stamping passports anymore, but if they did, send that too.

.@airfrance @KLM my partner was charged €500 fee at CDG this week for "not flying" the first leg of his multi-city ticket. The catch: he demonstrably DID fly it--sitting right next to me, with photos to prove it. Your agents refused to believe him and denied his refund claim.🧵

Glad to have written a piece titled, “Economic reforms do not always need laws, and Budget 2026 can show the way” for @IndiaToday. India’s upcoming #BudgetSession is the perfect opportunity for the @narendramodi government to “signal” its reform agenda! #google_vignette?utm_source=AI_bar_share&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=tracking" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">indiatoday.in/budget/story/b…

Wednesday update – confidence is increasing in the potential for significant, plowable snows in both the Carolinas, especially NC, and on Cape Cod. For everyone else, the Saturday/Sunday storm looks to remain just a bit offshore, sparing Delmarva, New Jersey and New York City. In the Carolinas, much of the anticipated snowfall actually happens before the low pressure system strengthens offshore; instead, moisture surging north into the nascent system will make for "appetizer" snows that simply happen to pass over the same areas for hours upon hours. The result? The possibility of 6 inches or more across much of NC, including the research triangle. Virginia Beach and the Tidewater will probably be affected too. I think the European model simulation (left) is reasonable, with maximum totals somewhere in the 6 to 8 inch range. We haven't yet been able to predict specific totals. In Massachusetts and southeast New England, I'm leaning more toward the American GFS model solution. Why? Strong high pressure will be building out of the northwest, and I think that will shunt the system a bit further offshore than the Euro simulates. that will cut back on snow accumulations for everyone except those inside of I-95.

The United States has congratulated President Paul Biya on his inauguration for an eighth term in office, expressing readiness to continue its partnership with Cameroon in advancing regional peace, security, and prosperity. The statement from the US Embassy in Yaoundé comes amid ongoing political tension and widespread arrests of opposition figures who continue to contest the credibility of the recent elections. Dozens of protesters were reported killed during post-election demonstrations across major cities, with the opposition calling Biya’s victory illegitimate. It is important to note that Washington’s message focuses on the inauguration, not the election itself, suggesting a careful diplomatic tone amid mounting international criticism of Cameroon’s political climate. #Cameroon #PaulBiya #USCameroonRelations #CameroonElections #MMINews
