Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.

@Kpascuch @CatoInstitute @dr4liberty @kratomfactcheck How is this not apparent to everyone? It's like we learned the lesson from alcohol a century ago, then started an endless drug war. We are finally learning how unbelievably damaging the prohibition of cannabis has been, but now many states are looking to ban natural kratom 🤯

First, you resort to name calling. Also, 95% of KDA members do not have a lawsuit. You know KDA is not funded by anyone, that email is one attorney talking big. Sorry your advocacy efforts failed in KY, KS, TN, CT & LA in the last year due to your kratom death & harm denialism.
Keith Kratom Legal@Kpascuch

@CorralChad @scoobthethinker Yep. This turned into a game of win or lose to the KDA goons. Trolling for that payout motivates them as well. Millions of dollars on the line. Was NEVER about Kratom or safety. It's about WINNING MONEY! Trial Attorneys fund their entire show and that's all it'll ever be. A show

@kratomfactcheck 😂😂😂😂. I'm honored to have made your little page. Thank you! My followers will appreciate it. None of those bans will accomplish anything. It'll only hurt people which is all KDA wants anyway. Look at this @misteaz79 we have afan club! 🌿🌿 #KeepKratomLegal

@PHNX_Wildcats I seriously love JB. He is great in interviews, always says the right thing, and he's a baller. He's gonna bring huge value to a team at the back end of the draft.

The Ohio Board of Pharmacy is creating one of the most legally contradictory situations I’ve seen in the dietary supplement industry. Natural kratom leaf products are sold nationwide under federal dietary supplement law established by DSHEA and regulated through: • FDCA • DSHEA • 21 CFR Part 111 • 21 CFR Part 117 • 21 CFR 190.6 Yet Ohio regulators are effectively demanding retailers ignore or override federal dietary supplement law through state-level administrative action. So which law are retailers supposed to follow? Federal law? Or politically motivated rulemaking from unelected regulators? Even worse, Ohio’s public guidance has been inconsistent and confusing, causing compliant retailers to pull lawful products entirely while black-market operators continue unaffected. Instead of implementing: • age restrictions • testing standards • contaminant limits • labeling requirements • GMP enforcement …the Board chose regulatory chaos. This is what happens when regulators who do not understand DSHEA attempt to regulate botanical supplements like narcotics. They are not protecting consumers. They are driving compliant operators out of the market while strengthening underground sales. The solution is simple: Target synthetic and chemically manipulated compounds if warranted. But federally regulated natural kratom products manufactured under FDA dietary supplement law are an entirely different category. Ohio regulators know the difference. They chose politics over science and regulatory consistency. pharmacy.ohio.gov/documents/pubs…

@LeafWithTaylor Keep gov hands off natural kratom leaf though! Regulation is needed, removal of concentrated products, etc. But kratom leaf should be available everywhere for adults who choose it.

This is definitely a 7-OH product. I used to believe everyone should have the right to choose how they medicate, and that prohibition usually does more harm than good. But like Mac Haddow said, there are people who genuinely need fentanyl in medical settings. Does that mean it should be sold on store shelves? Absolutely not. For every 10 people using fentanyl on the street, maybe 1 legitimately needs it medically. The other 9 are chasing a high. The same principle applies to 7-OH. Take that shit off shelves ASAP.

@Az97Rage @primmzx I think it is very likely to happen after Koa's shooting performance at the Combine. He's very likely fallen to the 2nd round if he stays in. The calculation has changed a lot over the last few days. I think he comes back to school.

@SophiaCai99 7-OH products by HART members comply w/ FDA’s dietary supplement standards; it's naturally-derived from the same plant all kratom products come from, & undergoes a simple, one-step oxidation process, similar to how vitamin C is stabilized for supplements.

Over the last 24 hours, Makary found it hard to justify having to defend fruit-flavored vapes on Capitol Hill tomorrow He also didn’t want to have a fight on 7-OH (an opioid derived from the naturally occurring kratom plant). Trump is now considering approving it, per @statnews. But Makary had aggressively pursued scheduling 7-OH last year.
