These are the moments when you realize aren't you overpaying the travel operators? As long as everything is standard there is no issue. The moment an exception happens they just throw up their hands. (4/5)

My @EmiratesSupport flight takes off in 5 days. The layover at dubai due to schedule changes is 10 mins. @makemytrip is not able to reschedule it as there is no availability before. They cannot re-route it. They cannot shift to a different airline. (1/5)
