Twitter is facing 1,986 demands for arbitration from former employees, according to a letter posted by a law firm representing some of those workers.
97% of those demands include claims for breach of contract.
762 demands also allege discrimination.

Twitter’s GCP deal for moving data and analytics off-prem was a dumb and needlessly expensive idea and they should get out of that if they can, but, hey, probably not a good idea to shut down T&S infrastructure.

New Twitter policy is freedom of speech, but not freedom of reach. Negative/hate tweets will be max deboosted & demonetized, so no ads or other revenue to Twitter. You won’t find the tweet unless you specifically seek it out, which is no different from rest of Internet.

also 88,188 is such a dumb number to claim, who cares about tens of thousands of channels spun up to handle an incident and then archived years ago?

I don't agree with doxxing or strangers pilling on folks in the replies but you showed your true colors and this is what you get. And make no mistake, if Twitter 2.0 had succeeded, you'd be basking in that glory so no it's hard for me to feel sympathetic. You gambled and lost.

Last thing I'll say then I'm done. Plenty of folks stuck around for 2.0 for various reasons and honestly don't fault them. But there's a select few who publicly and privately (we know who you are) used the mass layoff to gain favor with new leadership to grow their careers.
