@LondonMarathon @NewBalanceUK Why are we receiving "fake" New Balance Tshirts? Spot the difference in tshirt my wife received against my tshirt. Never had this before in previous years.

@HSBC_UK Been trying to setup a Standing Order to from Current account to a Bath Building Society regular saver account, but I get a error message every time. Can make single transfers each month, but would like automatic standing order.

@OctopusEnergy My Gas readings seems to have stopped on 31st December, where as my electricity readings are show present upto 4th Jan. Any ideas?

@paullewismoney @HalifaxBank @firstdirect I download and save PDF statements for all my accounts and store in in electronic filing cabinet, which is securely backed up in cloud. Far easier than paper and I can instantly find any statement from bank, cc, utilities or any bill I receive.

Paperless just means I have to pay the printing costs. So I shall be turning paper back on. Same with @HalifaxBank and I’ve already done that with @firstdirect

@Barclaycard I raised request on the app in June, again in Oct, Nov and Dec and Jan, and each time just get a message back saying "This is very critical for us and we are working on it urgently". Something tells me this is just standard reply to customer and you are not going to fix this!

@Barclaycard Any idea when the android app will be fixed to show statements again? For past 2 months the app shows my transactions but when I select "Statements and documents" it is empty. Only way to see statement is via website.

@heartofthisgirl @Vitality_UK @Garmin I thought it was me. I have noticed the same. Since 1st November, only HR workouts are sent across, no longer calories burned.

@Vitality_UK Has something changed since 1st November which means "60-minute workout burning 150 kcals at 300 kcals per hour" are no longer tracked from Garmin? Heart rate workouts are tracking fine, but no longer "Measuring calories burned" workouts.

@MariaMillerUK Latest BBC figures for declared MP's show 185 Rishi vs 26 Penny. I struggle to see how a vote for Penny will reunite the party? Please support Rishi now and let him get on with sorting out this mess.

@MariaMillerUK Please end this misery now. There is only one candidate that can save the economy and that is Sunak. Penny will have her time, but that is not now. We don't need another experimental PM, we need experience and authority, so has to be Sunak.

@mbailey_3 Hi Matthew, complaints are taking a little longer than normal to handle at the moment but our dedicated team are managing all contact we receive in date order and will be in touch as soon as possible ^Jo

@TUIUK We had items stolen from our luggage on way back from Cancun airport. I've logged complaint form with TUI and also with airlineluggageclaims but no response on either. My insurance company say it is airline responsibility, so how do I resolve?

@alexwmccabe @Vitality_UK Ah ok, don't know about Apple I am afraid. On Garmin it works, as any activity comes across and is counted.

@mbailey_3 @Vitality_UK I have an Apple Watch and it definitely isn't counting as a workout

@Vitality_UK my employer just signed us up for this. Looks great but why doesn’t cycling count as exercise? Only workouts and steps 😔 I cycle a lot
