以前、私のケースと同じように作ってみたと言うお客さんがいました。 しかし『どうしても上手くいかない、形にはなるけど仕上がりが全然違って上手くいかない』と言っていたので材料を聞いたらA5052を使ったとの事。 原因はそれです。 A5052とA5056では仕上がり方が全然違うのです。(私はA5056) 『いやいや、だってA5056って丸材しかないですよね?』 はい、その通りこの写真のように丸から削ってこの形にしているのです。 これを手間とか面倒とか思ってしまう気持ちも分かりますが、コレをやらなければ一生作れないほどA5056というアルミ材が重要なのです。 仮に作れたとしましょう、、、 次の問題はA5056は非常に腐食しやすいので、綺麗に作った姿のままアルマイトまで行わなければいけません。 そうすればこんな感じに仕上がる。 (動画の完成品) それだけの事です。

@jmat2022 This is way too complicated. You could flip it over directly on the belt with a much simpler tool, e.g basic swivel mechanism that takes into account the larger diameter side is positioned lower.

If you are unfamiliar with large radii sheet metal bending then let me be the one to tell you that it's not just 1 large bend, but instead a bunch of little ones. Step Bending (bump bending, incremental bending) It's ideal for high strength material that does not have a lot of give to it (lower ductility), instead of making a 90 degree bend you might make 10 @ 9deg, or 20 at 4.5deg. speak to your local service provider about step bending today 🤣

This robot has one job and it’s really good at it. DEWALT and August Robotics have commercially launched DALE, a fleet-capable autonomous drilling robot designed specifically for data-centre construction. In a year-long pilot, it drilled more than 230,000 holes with 99.97% accuracy, worked at up to 10× the speed of traditional methods, and cut a combined 190 weeks from project schedules across 26 construction phases.
