Such an important initiative enabling faster and safer care for older people once they reach hospital. The red bag stays with them throughout their stay and maximises communication on discharge back to the care home. Think red bag!

3/ and that's OK; in fact it's more than OK. It's necessary. How can i look after others if I cant look after myself? This probably isn't a revelation to any1.People have been telling me this for ages. That it took this to make me realise it is a lesson learned #SelfCareIsGood 👍

1/ I had the strangest feeling last week. I've been really ill - still am. Instead of working through it I actually just stopped and put the brakes on. I did nothing (I was on annual leave but that wouldn't usually make a difference) I did literally NO WORK AT ALL. I learned....

Why don’t I like fax machines? Idk, maybe because it’s massive, and I’m the size of a third grader. So here I am risking life and limb standing on a chair to send a fax because scanning and emailing this one page letter is witchcraft or something.
