Another inconsistency is how in the charging documents there is no mention of the note being burned. It simply says police (not FBI) found a picture of the note was found after Twiggs voluntarily provided access to his phone. Yet later on in the search warrant affidavit for Twiggs’ Apple ID we are told FBI investigators found the picture of the note after obtaining a search warrant… still no mention of it being burned… That part isn’t brought up until we learn the pic of the note was provided separately from the other pictures.
