Big day for future families. 👫👬👭 Nucleus is launching a new campaign to help parents have their best baby and to let every family define what “best” means to them, whether that’s focusing on health, height, or reducing the risk of conditions like breast cancer, Alzheimer’s, bipolar disorder, and more.
Kian Sadeghi@KianSadeghi5

BREAKING Have your best baby. Today, @nucleusgenomics announces the largest genetic optimization campaign ever. > Full station-blitz of Broadway Lafayette > 1,000+ street ads across NYC > 1,000+ subway car ads > Dozens of Urban panels throughout Soho

Excited to announce this breakthrough we've had at Nucleus.  We've built a family of nine genetic optimizations models that can predict human longevity from embryos more accurately than any model ever before!!
Kian Sadeghi@KianSadeghi5

AI can now predict your future — before you’re born. @nucleusgenomics just launched Origin, disease models trained on 1.5M genomes combining 7M genetic markers. Origin predicts human longevity from embryo DNA more accurately than any model ever built. And it’s open-weighted.

The want for one technique (IFS, Jhanas,) to solve everything is driven by avoidance. There's always going to be new challenges that require a different approach, and that's what's beautiful about life. Always new opportunities. The dance is never done.

@patio11 @KianSadeghi5 You have to find them before the talent is priced in, which tends to be earlier in career or in tangential paths.

@KianSadeghi5 Talent is rare relative to desire for it, and merely identifying talent is insufficient. You also have to either outbid rest of world or identify it *uniquely.* This is rough because many people are already doing a subset of obvious things to identify.

Could someone who is a professional talent picker (VC, scout, etc) Give a sincere answer to why are exceptional people so rare to find? I feel like when you find someone who’s good, they are so much better than the next marginal person it’s crazy!!

Longevity is now for embryos. Nucleus Embryo is the first-ever genetic optimization software that helps parents give their children the best possible start in life — long before they’re even born. Longevity was never just about health. It’s about thriving. That’s why this announcement also marks the first time in human history a company has openly partnered with a couple to help them optimize their embryos based on intelligence.

After four and a half years of building, I’m beyond excited to announce today family planning via genetic matching on @nucleusgenomics. Imagine knowing nearly every possible genetic outcome for you and your partner’s future children, starting with your future children’s risk of inheriting over 900 diseases. In the future, all couples everywhere will check their genetic compatibility before having children. In doing so, couples can choose not to pass down hereditary disease to their kids. This is what modern genomic science is about — building tools that lets anyone, anywhere be healthy and have healthy children. What better way to announce genetic matching than syncing with @MollySOShea? Watch to find out if we’re compatible😉

one of many special things this last retreat: i woke at 330am one morning with tears of gratitude to have such loving/fun friends who i get to adventure with, and of the sadsweet realization that i must also be such a person, which hasn't been something i've assumed most of life

New pod just dropped! I just sat down with @melanter former co-founder of @openstore, CoS to @rabois at @foundersfund, and now president @nucleusgenomics There are few people in Silicon Valley today who are as well versed in starting and building tech companies as Matt is — he worked at Apple, Facebook (back in 2013!), Founders Fund, and has started his own company. For all the builders and hackers — it’s time for a thread 🧵🧵

After enough time searching, you realize there is no place left to go or content left to ingest. The only choice left is to explore the boundaries of what you can forge into existence.

hey, i'm dennis. founder of @tryamie 12 months ago, we launched our app. and let me tell you...things went pretty wild. it felt like the entire tech press is talking about us. MKBHD tweeted at us, did a podcast on us. they said we launched the best thing since apple's dynamic island. our revenue was growing vertically. but then...quiet. our servers didn't hold up. for 3 days most people couldn't use the app. we were well on our way to 1M ARR within months. but it took a left turn from here. what grows vertically one way can grow vertically another. so we had to rebuild the team, the product and most importantly....our morale. good thing is, we did a full start over. wanna follow the ride? :)

Working with @rabois at @foundersfund was a masterclass in spotting exceptional founders. Having seen that quality in @KianSadeghi5, I'm thrilled to be joining @nucleusgenomics as President to help make preventable diseases a thing of the past. Over a decade of building and scaling companies from @Opendoor and @OpenStore, I've learned to identify massive opportunities where technology can transform industries. Healthcare is that next frontier, and genetic insights are the key to unlocking truly personalized care. Excited to work alongside Kian and team at this inflection point - as whole genome sequencing has dropped from $10M to a few hundred dollars, we're finally able to give everyone access to their genetic insights and transform healthcare.
Kian Sadeghi@KianSadeghi5

I’m beyond excited to announce our $14 million Series A with participation from @foundersfund, @sevensevensix, @neo, @balajis, @GiantStepVC, One Eight Capital and many others. We’re going to make preventable diseases a thing of the past. 🧵 mynucleus.com/articles/fundr…
