@asda why why why whenever I try to amend my order does it keep saying can’t take payment at this time??! Happened numerous times when trying to add an extra item so I then end up having to go in store to get that item!

@premierinn hi can your meal deal offer be split over 2 days i.e can you have evening meal one day and breakfast the following day or do you have to have breakfast and evening meal on the same day? Also do you have to add it at booking stage or can you add it on arrival? Thanks

@AsdaServiceTeam trying to amend my grocery order which is due tomorrow, keeps saying unable to take payment yet I did an amendment 5 mins previously without a problem, this has happened before , why? Thanks

@nationaltrust hi just a query as I’m interested in why the change…why, in the space of a week has the Studley Tea Room at Fountains Abbey, stopped doing pots of tea? You’re now just given a mug of tea and a small jug of milk, change of policy apparently 🤷🏻‍♂️

@eon_next I’ve just received my monthly statement and it’s showing 2 x early exit fees of £75 for both gas and electric, I assume this is an error following the technical glitch on my transfer to a fixed rate tariff but can you confirm this and that it will be corrected asap?

@eon_next Hi I changed my tariff to a fixed rate one from 1/7/23 with new payment of £196 but just had regular email about my monthly payment being due on 28/7 and it still says you’re collecting the old amount of £250…please can you check, thanks Mark A-232C7245
