@SkyHelpTeam The first free date was supposed to be yesterday but no one from Sky turned up. Plus this is the fourth time Sky were supposed to sort this out. Shame on you @skytv for over promising what you couldn't deliver Sky Go is a very different experience for a 65 year old man

@melmca I am sorry that the team haven't been able to get an engineer out until the 3rd of January. You'll have been given the very first free date we have. Your Dad will still be able to get some Discovery channel content on Sky Go in the meantime. Thanks, Carol

@SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day for an engineer but no one turned up. My post op dad was really looking forward to having the service restored. No updates from you either. Really disappointed in your service. Please can you update me?

@SkyHelpTeam Carol I've just spoken to your customer support team who said they can't replace the box until 3rd January. This is incredibly frustrating. My dad was depending on having the Discovery Channel etc while he can't walk. Really poor service to a 20+ years customer.

@melmca If the engineer left the Sky + box and didn't install the Sky Q, it sounds like it wasn't possible to do that. The dish receiver is different for Sky Q so sending a Q box won't help, Drop me a Pm to chat more. Thanks, Carol twitter.com/messages/compo…

@SkyHelpTeam A TV engineer. They just need to replace the box. We were supposed to get a Sky Q box a few months ago. But when the engineer came that time he fixed some channel issues but left us with the old Sky + box, even though we have upgraded our subscription
