No major telecom companies, including @Verizon, offer high speed internet coverage where we just moved. I tether to weak 4G signal on iPhone. I pay for unlimited data, but Verizon caps hotspot data on all plans. How is this a problem in 2022? @SCcommerce @usdaRD #rural #broadband
