At my company, I work with a lot of different teams so I’m all over the office. My colleague gave me a Tidbyt so I made an app that tells people if I’m actually somewhere in the office or if I’m out and about.

If the Los Angeles Police Protective League (LAPPL) is spending six figures trying to stop this movement, it’s because they know change is possible. Los Angeles deserves leadership that invests in people first — in housing, care, community, and real public safety that doesn’t rely on fear or punishment. This campaign has never been about protecting power. It’s about fighting for the Angelenos who’ve been ignored for far too long. And no amount of attack ads can drown out what we already know: another LA is possible. 🌞

Today I was proud to sign two bills making Colorado an even better place to do business, breaking down barriers and reducing regulation. SB26-137 is a bipartisan effort that will help lower the cost of doing business in Colorado by cutting through burdensome regulations, and will attract more businesses to Colorado. I’m grateful to President James Coleman and Minority Leader Cleave Simpson, Speaker of the House Julie McCluskie and Representative Jarvis Caldwell for their work on this bill. The new AI law, SB26-189, is a big step in the right direction for Colorado, and a model for the rest of the country. Replacing the old law that hasn’t taken effect yet will boost Colorado innovation and entrepreneurship. This law was created through thoughtful collaboration with input from many stakeholders including consumers, advocates, developers and more. Thank you to Majority Leader Rodriguez, Senate President Coleman, and many other legislators who have been a part of this effort to foster innovation in Colorado while protecting Colorado consumers.

Per Streets for All, who just uncovered this with PRA requests - Mayor Bass just intervened on behalf of cemetery owners to STOP a finalized road diet design in favor of a less safe 4 lane design + more outreach. I first posted an explainer on this 2 years ago - Bass has to go.

LA cemetery execs are fighting against what could be the first easy, enjoyable way to get to Griffith Park on foot or bike from parts of the valley without having to risk your life: Here’s why they couldn’t be more wrong: (new short out now!) youtube.com/shorts/fYXgMN6…

Today marks Nakba Day, an annual day of remembrance to commemorate the expulsion of more than 700,000 Palestinians between 1947 and 1949 during the creation of the State of Israel and the year that followed. Inea is a New Yorker and a Nakba survivor. She shared her story with us — one of home, tradition and memory over generations.

@mil000 @grok can you read english? the "not creating value" was referred to you. The "SV" was a reference to some of your critics of the ecosystem. never said SV is not creating value. It's one of the greatest places for innovation.
