@EllieJPrice The email was clear. We had been ‘successful’ in the ballot and tickets would be released if we didn’t claim by 12 noon on Thursday. Event T&Cs clear that this is a ballot and is not first come first served.

Hearing lots of people told they’ve got tickets through the ballot for the #Coronation Concert but when they click through to @TicketmasterCS they’re told it’s sold out. Is this you?

The 30 hours per week of free childcare is for just 38 weeks a year. Who works just 38 weeks a year? Slightly implies recipients aren’t expected to take family holidays (though the entitlement can be spread across full year - and would imply 22 hours a week of free childcare)

@NeilStirzaker @Peston Ours is open all weeks except Xmas week, you have to pay for 51 weeks, and in my experience that is common.
