@hollyshansen Interesting to include past mobility investments. The Harris County Community Flood Resilience Task Force proposed considering past flood mitigation investments as a criteria for where future investments should be made also.

The new formula for 2026 will consider 3 factors: the % of funds precincts received over past 20 years, the % of mobility funds precincts received over last 20 years, and condition of roads in each & road miles in each precinct.
