@PostOffice Big thankyou to Jane in WHSmiths in Carlisle. Even though the customer before me was the rudest and most impolite person EVER, she dealt with her very professionally and served rest of the queue with a smile even though she was visibly shaken by this woman

@Village_Hotels Leeds north needs a revamp. Outside is tatty looking. Planned to stay 2 nights but left after first night after our shower was blocked overflowed into bathroom and was not seen to by the time we were due to go out at 1 o’clock. Used to be a really nice hotel
