@jamesonhaslam Ah my thoughts on this go back and forth constantly. On the one hand, incentives should work and would make them feel awesome to get bonuses. On the other hand, Costco and Walmart and every other big corp make it work better than I ever could without incentives. 🤷🏻‍♂️
