@stephenRB4 It varies. I rarely abandon a book, but I only made it to around p75 on Filterworld / How Algorithms Flattened Culture, by Kyle Chayka. If you're into Millennials whining, then this is the book for you. It is geared for the youngs who don't remember BEFORE the Enshittification.

To clarify what Hilton is up to, it was the FRANCHISEES who decided to refuse ICE, but Hilton corp is all about sucking fascists' cocks. Hilton sent a decree that ALL Hilton properties will accept any reservation from anyone. I am disappointed in @HiltonHotels.
