If your nose is stuffed, try humming at 130 Hz with your mouth closed. Google 130 Hz and play the video and then approximate the tune. If your nose is so stuffed that nothing comes out, open your mouth as little as possible to be able to get a hum out. Hum this way until you can close your mouth. Then keep humming with your mouth closed. Stop if your nose gets runny. The logic here is that you will get a 15-fold increase in local nitric oxide that can loosen up the stuffiness. Report back here with your results👇

@procroate I use gelatin too but bovine and pasture raised. Dr Oetker is usually okay for amino acids but it's from a conventional source and of commercial quality = not the best. I use hydrolyzed collagen peptides because they have a higher bioavailability and absorption and are cleaner.

You’re still not getting it: women WANT babies VERY MUCH. But there is NOTHING women fear MORE than having a kid with the wrong guy. Bullying me about running out of time changes nothing bc I DO WANT kids, but there is NOTHING I want less than having them with the wrong person

@supplementmaxer I've always had my concerns regarding the increased nitric oxide production, other than that it's an amazing compound

meldonium is one of the most energy increasing compounds i’ve ever tried, also extremely thermogenic more than t3 and progesterone i would say, the russians were really cooking with this one.

Some Health X influencers before: “Peaters are retards, troublemakers. Sugar = diabetes. Progesterone is only for women and trannys. DHT causes prostate cancer and hair loss” Same influencers now: “I feel amazing on orange juice, coconut oil, thiamine, progesterone and DHT” And soon, they’ll adopt all of his ideas while quietly erasing the name behind it. You weren’t even around when he was already talking about what’s now trending (Thymus, PUFA toxicity, the Randle cycle, and how impaired glucose metabolism drives diabetes and cancer…) Time will reveal more ⏳

Total 2026 R midterm spending will be $4B: 0.5% of Elon’s wallet. With vanilla political engineering that no one has redesigned in 50 years. “I approve this message” on boomer TV. F*ck Mars. F*ck the Moon. Conquer Earth. Better planet at a better price

Thune, a McConnell protégé, sings from the same hymnal as his mentor. Ultimately, this all comes down to money. A successful Senate campaign costs $20-$40 million. With 33 races per cycle, each party’s candidates have to collectively raise about $1 billion every two years. Naturally they look to DC for help. By arrogating immense power to himself through control of Senate procedure and schedule, the Leader is able to fundraise on a massive scale from organizations with business before the Senate— corporations, unions, trade associations, other lobby groups. He then uses his control of those funds to shape and direct member behavior. He also has a strong incentive to back incumbents in order to conserve funds by avoiding costly open races with competitive primaries. The notion that individual Senators could shape the lawmaking process is a direct affront to this entire structure of the Senate that has emerged over the last 20 years, which Harry Reid first pioneered and McConnell continued and refined. The ‘zombie filibuster’ is a way of ensuring legislative maneuvers are orchestrated and negotiated by leadership. It protects the power and fundraising ability of the leader by keeping individual Senators in their place, like back-bench House members: stick with the caucus, don’t get too independent-minded, and you won’t have to worry about money for your reelection. The simplest way to reform the current Senate system would be to repeal the 17th amendment and return Senate elections to the State Legislatures. But good luck getting 67 Senators to agree to that.

"Have a banana, Slav monkey" and I get lobotomised Slavs in my chat all the time screaming at me that "our western brothers consider us one of their own". Bro you're not part of the team, you never were, and you should be proud of that. Asking for "their approval" is literal janissary behaviour, you're just licking western boots now.

Nick Fuentes could not care less about Slavs and Eastern Europeans 😂 "Serbians, Croats, Bosniaks, Albanians... you guys figure it out amongst yourselves; you guys never had an empire!"
