Man Arrested in Bucks County Child Exploitation Investigation LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TWP., PA — A 33-year-old man from Maine has been arrested following an investigation into the online exploitation of a juvenile in Bucks County, police said. John Pulk turned himself in and is facing charges including sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor, and related offenses, according to Lower Southampton Township Police. Investigators allege Pulk posed as a 16-year-old boy on social media and made contact with a juvenile female from Bucks County. Authorities say he solicited explicit images and later admitted he was an adult but continued communicating with the victim. Police also allege he sent explicit images of himself to the juvenile. Pulk was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Prison after bail was set at $750,000. The investigation was led by Lower Southampton Township Police with assistance from the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit and Bucks County Detectives. The case remains under investigation. All charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
