@CSMIA_Official T2 is in a mess since mobile networks are down due to the fire at T1. Passengers are forced to book over-priced cabs because app cabs aren’t working. I hope you guys are working towards solving this quickly. I paid ₹1500 for a less than 5km ride. 😂🤯

The Civil Aviation Ministry should issue a directive that if a passenger refuses to turn off the volume of his/her phone or personal device or to use EarPods/ headphones in an aircraft when requested by the crew they should end up on the no-fly list for three months

Using earphones or turning the volume off when watching videos in public places like aircraft and airports must become a regulation globally, like no smoking on board. It is a scourge, particularly bad in some countries but spreading everywhere! 😞

Never ever take a travel policy from @policybazaar I took a @CareHealthIndia travel policy from Policybazaar. My flight from Dubai got delayed by more than 4 hours (Jan 2026). I put in a claim as > 4 hours delay, a compensation was to be paid as per policy document. And then the nightmare started. They asked for some docs, which I sent. Policybazaar RM follows up. They keep calling that Care Insurance requires more docs. I tell them it is too much an hassle and I don't want to pursue the claim. But they pursue me to send the docs and they will do the followup with Care. Policybzaar keeps calling and I do give the docs. All that are required. As claim amount is not worth the docs they keep on asking everytime, I decide not to pursue. Care keeps asking for already sent documents. Policybazaar has no clue. Each time different RM calls. I tell them don't call me. But I keep getting calls. And Care keeps sending mails and SMS asking for docs already submitted. It seems Care doesn't want to pay. Fine, I have learnt my lession. I will never buy again from Care and Policybazaar. I don't want the claim. Stop the harassment. Please don't call me again.

@vinodchendhil We import our goods from the Middle East and yesterday right after the airspace closure a customer asked me to deliver my product in 3 days 😱. My agreed lead time under normal conditions is 10/12 days. 😏

Customer: I will file case against you in consumer court. Us: Why what happened. Customer: You have not yet delivered to me its been 7 days. Us: Sir sometimes it takes longer to deliver to tier 3, ur ordered is scheduled for tomorrow delivery. Customer: ok. With the advent of qcom customers want delivery quicker and faster than ever at the same time costs for same are very high. Only solution is to communicate as much as possible this difference to consumers.

@airindia you guys didn’t have an engineer to align the step ladder which has now led to passengers be on the plane for over 30+ mins. I’m probably your biggest advocate but tonight was horrible. And simply unacceptable.

@manaman_chhina This same landing happened with me on my flight on #airindiaexpress @AirIndiaX a few months back. 2 overhead compartments flew open. Luckily nothing fell and no one was hurt but that landing was similar. The pilots name was Neha something. Will be interesting to the name.
