The Affidavit of Probable Cause states he was arrested at 0400 on the 12th, which is clearly what the redacted Motion to Exclude Cameras is referencing. The attempted interrogation at 6:25 referenced is on the 12th. He was Mirandized again prior to the attempted interrogation on the 12th, which you as a lawyer know is common practice. You once again are exploiting your viewers’ ignorance and gullibility to lie and create a narrative that the government is framing Tyler Robinson.
