@sanderhamburger @neilmck37597308 It is not “standard” to allow an opportunity to amend in Federal court. That is actually a good sign. It is much more common in state courts. This isn’t ideal but definitely not as bad as you make it seem.

$nwbo lawsuit thrown out for the reasons I have always feared the case would be thrown out. The plaintiffs were not able to substantiate their losses I have always feared this would happen since this was the weakest link in $NWBO lawsuit 🤯
