@AmazonHelp Here's the thing. I tried to reorder the product to recreate process. Same thing happened. I clicked on item: it said delivery tomorrow. Does not change even in cart. Upon completing transaction, an altered delivery date slips in. No notice/email. Disappointing.

@amazon so why do you say delivery tomorrow? And then as soon as I hit purchased you send off an email that is off my radar saying it's going to be a 2 or 3-day delivery? It's a problem especially of trust

@amazon It seems to be the only forum for an opportunity for absolute honesty about your service. When I click on a product and it says delivery tomorrow and I select the purchase. And it's supposed to be delivered the next day. I don't look for an email telling me that you lied.

@VerizonSupport I forgot to mention one more thing. Why are you treating people as though they're just little dots on a page AND You got a woman at the Delmar Delaware Verizon store who should have lost her job a couple of years ago. GET RID OF HER
