Kingpin (1996) is still absurdly funny. The Farrelly brothers had to fight to keep Woody Harrelson’s doomed-bowler arc as dark as it is, and that gamble is exactly what gives the movie its twisted charm.

No it’s not. Not even close. The whole process was rigged and they made a mockery of the judicial system because they WANTED to hang a conviction on him, not because he was guilty but simply because they don’t like his politics… he was viewed as a threat. That should concern anyone that believes in fair elections and fair trials. I didn’t vote for him the first two times but did the 3rd time because of that!

He’s literally said over and over again that he worked at a horse ranch and that’s where he learned to ride horses and take care of them. His father had a lot of money from investments and then lost it all due to horrible financial management and they actually ended up broke because he fucked everything up so bad. He’s never denied that his family had money at one time but they lost it all when he was young. The money he has now is from his job and he’s used that to take care of his entire family. His family are not wealthy outside of him which he also has never tried to hide. He’s open about the money he has and makes. They also were never billionaires lmfao. His father was VP at a company worth $5 billion but he did not own the company. If his father was a billionaire he’d be on the fucking Forbes list for being one of the wealthiest people in Turkey. Which he’s not. Hasan haters love posting that picture like it’s some kind of a secret when he’s talked about his childhood REPEATEDLY. He’s never once denied it.
