@chronomentary This company still has not responded to emails, voicemails, messages from 13th May. If it is wasn’t for forking out another £200 for a different company to step in we wouldn’t have managed to get away. Buyer beware

@chronomentary could you reply to email sent on 16 May, 17 May and several after these dates before taking on more business? Please organise my refund for unused tests due to your lack of response. (I’m a TUI customer who travelled on 22 May and been home a week…. Still no reply from you!!)

@LauraSaunders13 @chronomentary @TUIUK Wait until you need to register your kits or fill in passenger locator forms on your way back and booking reference isn't valid on govs website.

Seen a few people complaining about @TUIUK and @chronomentary but I had a brilliant experience. Dropped the fit to fly tests off at Tui Bluewater at 6.30 last night and already have my results back by 8.30am this morning. Fit to return tests just arrived with plenty of time too!

@dansa1978 @Ianpb1987 @chronomentary Hiya, my flight departs at 2pm Saturday and i received my tests at 1.30pm today :) However you need to register them online using a barcode number under the QR code BUT none of mine have a QR or barcode!

I had presumed it would allow me to add a passenger name/passport number at some stage down the line so now have 2 kits registered in my name which won't get us on the flight :( ..... enjoy your holiday!

@TUIUK due to travel with you on 23/5 and so far the package purchased through your scheme with chronomics has been appalling, meant to have a test to take with us so we can come back into the UK but not received yet?! Emailed called both companies over the last week no reply!!

@TUIUK @Emily_Asbridge All Chronomics phone numbers go to message and no one calls back. Still waiting for a reply to an email sent on Sunday and Monday and Tui cant help and keep referring me to Chronomics. Flying in 3 days, booked tests 7 days ago and haven't got what I need! Shambles and stressful!

@TUIUK we fly in just over 10 days and when we go on to order our covid testings kits from chronomics, it says booking not found. We can't get through on the phone and nobody has responded to our emails. Why is this?
