@KostaKush Personally, maybe just maybe if BTC does a real shock low 14 down to low 40s. I think that is relatively improbable and target a late q4 bottom of 54k down to 48k. X factor could be a formal forming of BTC due to BIP-110. That could catalyze a shock dip.

I think $ASST has gone under the radar.
Down 23.66% over the last 5 days but the company has proven itself remarkably resilient.
Run the numbers and the picture is very different from the price action.
1) No debt.
2) Almost 18 months of cash reserves.
3) $SATA has deviated significantly less from par compared to other preferreds in the market.
4) mNAV of 1.28 means common stock issuance remains accretive.
5) Annual dividend obligations of ~$102 million against $125 million in common stock trading volume in a single day yesterday. The liquidity is clearly there.
The company is in an incredibly strong position.
Extremely bullish on $ASST.
