@easyJet are you having an actual laugh? 3 of us were affected for 3 days so I make that £225. Plus the cost of the cab we had to take to find clothes - it wasn’t like the UK that I could just walk into a shopping centre. THIS IS NOT OVER!! @UK_CAA

@katetoria @easyJet @katetoria @easyJet scammers!! Lost my son’s bag at LGW and said it would come on next flight 5 days later!! Pushed them to send with BA on 3rd day. Had to buy 5d worth of clothes for my kid and toiletries for us and all they’ve offered is £50 when we spent like £200!!! @UK_CAA

You owe me about £230 for expenses incurred for not sending our luggage on time. I had to buy 5 days worth of children’s clothes and toiletries for all of us.
